CapWest Group of Companies acquired Pioneer Precast Products and IOTA Construction on October 1, 2026. Pioneer Precast Products designs and manufactures precast concrete for bridge, marine, industrial, and residential projects in Canada and the United States. IOTA Construction designs, builds, and installs bridges and precast concrete in British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington. Ad Hanna joins CapWest as VP, Precast, and will lead CapWest’s precast work.
